Don's experience and knowledge are based on over 25 years in the construction industry.  Don has a project completion list that includes dozens of Chicago area restaurants, high-end residential environments and retail stores throughout the country. His attention to detail and drive to deliver only the highest quality service is the driving force of our firm.  Don is a creative problem solver willing to work under tight time lines to ensure projects are completed on schedule to exacting customer expectations.

Richard has over 20 years of experience in millwork design and build projects.  Managing a team of talented wood working professionals and metal fabricators, Richard is able to deliver custom architectural millwork, cabinetry and trim to our customers.  From retail wall systems and cash wraps, to restaurant bars and custom finishings, to residentail and commercial cabinetry, Richard's attention to detail and effective budgeting provide our customers with excellent product and services. 

Andy Holcomb  aholcomb@rossburton.com

Andy is Ross Burton's inhouse Designer and Autocad drafter.  Along with our project managers, Andy will collaborate with designers and customers to bring your vision to life.  Andy has designed and drafted restaurants and retail spaces, as well as high end residential projects.  Andy can source material, manage projects  and design and layout kitchens, bathrooms, bars, mantles and other custom millwork pieces for your home or business environment.  Andy brings over 12 years of innovative design work and drafting experience to the Ross Burton team.

Jon is a Project Superintendent with over 12 years of experience primarily in the restaurant / hospitality sector and has dozens of restaurants to his credit.

Ali is a Project Manager with 10 years of commercial and residential construction, including several retail buildouts throughout the country.
